How does your pricing work?

We provide flat, transparent estimates based on your home, distance, and services. You'll know the price before we start, no surprises on invoice day.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. All moves are booked with a 4-hour minimum. Time is billed from when our crew arrives at your door until the job is complete.

Question 3

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes. We carry full cargo and liability insurance and are licensed to operate across British Columbia.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (May–September), we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. Off-season, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. Emergency moves, we do our best.

Is a deposit required?

A small deposit secures your date. It's applied directly to your final invoice.

What happens if something is damaged?

Our transit insurance covers damage in transit. In practice, our crews are trained to prevent it, furniture pads, floor runners, and careful handling are standard on every job.

Do you move pianos, safes, and hot tubs?

Yes. We're equipped for specialty and heavy items. Let us know on your estimate so we send the right crew and equipment.

We service all of Vancouver Island, from Port Hardy to Victoria, including the Comox Valley (Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland), Campbell River, Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Port Alberni, Tofino, Ucluelet, Duncan, Ladysmith, Sooke, Denman and Hornby Islands, and everywhere between. We also handle long-distance and off-Island moves to Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, Kelowna, Kamloops, and across BC.
